a. If biweekly service is selected, customer understands that pools/spas require weekly attention and NWAPS will not be responsible for adverse water circumstances (algae, cloudy and discolored water), damage to equipment and surfaces, and other circumstances that result from customer not performing proper maintenance during the weeks NWAPS does not service the pool.

4. Customer must ensure NWAPS has access to the service area on the scheduled service day, including: gate entry codes, lock combinations, security guard verification, and pets relocated from pool/spa area. If NWAPS is unable to access the service area for any reason, services will not be performed and Customer will be charged a minimum of $45 plus sales tax for time incurred.

6. Circumstances may arise that affect or prevent NWAPS from performing maintenance such as the weather, an illness, or a holiday. In such event, NWAPS may elect to reschedule service within two business days before or after the scheduled date. In the event of inclement weather on the scheduled date of service, the pool/spa will be cleaned to the extent weather permits and only chemicals will be added.
7. Services not included: Significant repairs (greater than $50) shall require Customer authorization in advance of the repair and will be billed separately with payment due immediately.
8. Payment: NWAPS accepts credit card payment only for maintenance services. Each monthly invoice amount will be charged to a credit card on file. If the card on file does not cover payment of the monthly service fee, and any additional charges that may become due and payable, Customer shall be in default. In the event of default, services will be postponed, and Customer will be assessed a late fee penalty of $25. Credit cards will be left on file and automatically deducted each month.
All credit card information will be encrypted and held for use by NWAPS only. By providing credit card account information, Customer is authorizing NWAPS to charge the Card on File for all services provided to Customer by NWAPS as outlined above.
9. Disclaimer: NWAPS shall not be responsible for any damage to property due to acts of nature, fire, vandalism, misuse, or abuse. Customer should be aware of normal deterioration of equipment that occurs over time due to exposure to chemicals, sunlight, and, in some cases, other corrosive materials (i.e. salt). Also, NWAPS is not responsible for any damages or deterioration caused by failure of Customer to perform other services recommended by NWAPS, or by failure of Customer to properly maintain the pool/spa and equipment between visits.
10. Termination: Service may be terminated by either party at any time with 48 hours’ notice.
